@graemestevens thanks Graeme.. (i'm having a giggle about feedback at the moment.. having read a 365'er's opinion piece thread about 'feedback' anyway.. moving on.. No swimming because.. dunno really.. its not uncommon to see these signs at Piha.. It was quite close to Lion rock , so maybe there are always rips there?

I would probably not miss the swimming, but that beach is an invitation for a long walk to me- which I love doing when at the shore. I love that your sc is not a hearts and flowers shot! I was trying to avoid it at all costs- just because everybody does that and I wanted something different this year. But no lovely beaches by me and no red signs- at least none that I wanted to drive to in the snow yesterday! Great shot Brigette!
