You are so lucky to have all of these gadgets to help you. The only thing I got was a stool for the shower so I could sit down when I needed to wash my hair. I don't use it, it is more trouble to get in and out of the shower than it is to wash my hair with one hand.

The little gadgets are handy. I'm also doing the hair wash one handed. Was given a long handled sponge but it's a bit hopeless! I'm sure one half of me is cleaner than the other!!
