He, like his sister Lilly, is intensely loyal and lovable. They are cavapoos, half cavalier spaniel and half miniature poodle. At the beach, they meander directly behind me and when I stop to take a picture, they zip around like water bugs. The dogs love the beach. Duke's legs are wet here, and he isn't afraid to barge in after a hapless attempt to snag a gull. Lilly only sidles up to the edge. The best part of this day was when I stopped in a beautiful quiet spot and laid down in the sun and they licked my face and used me as a pillow. Duke is very hard to photograph at the beach because he never stops moving, often yelping at Lilly and accosting her. He is in dire need of a grooming. I gave him a cut last week but it's hard since he won't stay still. Lilly is impossible to give a haircut, she gets very nervous from the sound of the shears. I use their shears to give myself Covid haircuts!
Well done!
