Washington States, US, is known for being the evergreen state, but this summer, for the months of May, June and July, we should have gotten, on average, 10.81 inches of rain, we have only gotten 0.68 inches....but Today, today we have gotten 0.25 in the last six hours....let it rain, let it rain, let it rain.
