@ladymagpie It might be a little fuzzy by the time it gets there. Grand daughter has a friend coming over at Christmas and leaving sometime in February (? I'm not in that planning loop), perhaps we can have her take a pie with her and send it locally?
@mittens Your local stores might have leftovers that haven't started to rot yet, takes about two days per pumpkin to get it to pie stage, maybe longer depending on how you get it to drain most of the water out. Just a thought.
