Interesting Flower

This looked like a giant dandelion fluff with a black center... spotted it in a bouquet of flowers at a grocery store.
The colors really jumped out at me.

Anyone know what its called by chance?

Taken with my cell phone camera. Otherwise I would have changed DOF.
