We had fun watching this painted turtle sun bathing on some lily pads. It would stick it's neck way out every once in awhile, like he was reaching for the sun. Then relax again for a few minutes.
This was taken on the 5th, I did take photos yesterday, but they were of fireworks and where we sat the electric power lines were in the way, which was distracting to me, so I'm posting this one instead.
