The wind picked up and we did not get to the tarn that we were heading for;people were turning back. Much to my husbands disappointment. He said that men like an adventure and he would remember the walk if had completed it. However when the wind is reaching storm force heading up to the mountains and the cloud is very low then it seemed dangerous and could well have been remembered for the wrong reasons.
