Today I made my first visit to Magor Marsh, just over the Welsh border. The area is a protected fenland of reens and reedbeds, natural meadows and water pools. I didn't capture many good or interesting shots, but was pleased that this sedge warbler perched in the open for just a few a seconds, before disappearing into the high reeds.
