Traveled to Sooke, on Vancouver Island, to visit my sister-in-law and her husband. The ferry from the mainland to Swartz Bay, near Victoria, sails past several of the Gulf Islands and at one point goes through a narrow pass between Galiano Island and Mayne Island known as Active Pass and it is at this point that it sails past the ferry going in the opposite direction. That is when I got this photo.

Adventure in the making for the passengers......that's how I always feel when I see boats approaching. I have friends who live on "The Misty Isle" as they call it. One day I hope to visit.
If you had of swam to shore at Matthews beach we could’ve come and picked you up. :)
