Driftwood Shelter by cdcook48

Driftwood Shelter

This driftwood shelter sits on the beach at Garry Point in Richmond. Whether it was built by a homeless person, or someone seeking a little shelter from the elements while sitting on the beach, who knows? Or maybe Eeyore has relocated from Pooh Corner. If so, he’ll have much to grumble about at this location. Plenty of rain and wind sweeping in off the ocean, especially this time of year.
Love the blue tones and movement of the water, the shelter is cool as well!

Beautiful clarity in that weathered driftwood, and great timing on the wave splash. Lovely.

I think if I was building a shelter, I’d move back from the water a bit more. Maybe they were just trying to see if they could do it.

It looks even better on black, beautiful capture of these lovely textures and waves. Love how the shelter draws the eye into the image.
