But what do you mean by 'joy of cooking'? Is there such a thing? I understand 'joy of eating'. But 'joy of cooking' is beyond my grasp :D
Love the processing. I have that same cookbook (Joy of Cooking). The other book looks familiar too but I can’t place it exactly. Is it the Five Roses Flour cook book?
@ljmanning No. My last name is as close as I can come to be called a cook. My wife does the baking. I’m good at doing what I’m told. “Chop this. Peel that.”
@cdcook48 I used that one for years, but it went missing somehow about 5 years ago. Something about the graphic at the top of the page and the spiral spine looked so familiar to me.
