I wanted to lift my eyes from flowers and garden just for a little bit, and I was looking for some motives, and realized it was St Marco's day today so I decided to post this gorgeous roof of our St Marco's church. Didn't take this photo today, so I am kind of cheating, but nothing touched me today
There are two coats of arms on this roof, the left one is old Croatian, and the right one is city of Zagreb coat of arms...Church was originally built in 13th century. This church is pretty popular for weddings, and is pretty much a tourist atraction as one of the most beautiful city's landmarks and symbols.
There is some truly amazing tile work on that roof! It's a beautiful church too. Don't worry about always taking a shot each day. Many of us here go by the motto, "Your project, your rules".
