From bay to table...

A memory photo today.. From time to time we go to a local restaurant were we can get a fresh fish, caught the same day at our bay. Well, my husband had this round one in the middle (Sea-bass), and Nina had a guilthead. Me and my younger daughter are not fond of a fish, so we just watched them handling the bones and heads. Nina got a good lesson in how to use that fish knife and dissect a fish...

@olivetreeann, thank you for liking my little story. We all ate at the same place, just not a fish. Sara had pasta carbonara, I had some grilled chiken with herba. It is not exclusive fish restaurant, more like a familly place with wide choice menu, luckily...
