Leftovers from Valentine's

It would be shame to put this delicious and pretty pasta to waste, so we are having love for lunch today.
How do you like your pasta... I like three color or green pasta with a (mild) hot cheese chili sauce, or the blue cheese sauce.

Lovely photo! I like the subtle lighting and coloring. I've never seen pasta like that for sale. How sweet. My favorite is linguini or ziti with a homemade tomato-based meat sauce.
