I love to eat corn and it's products. This bread is delicious. It is so moist and rich that it feels more like a cake then bread. Perfect for breakfast with a bit of butter or jelly. I like to eat cornflakes as well. Maybe I should have included that in the photo, make another "drawing"... Maybe on another day..
