As I was walking around the city yesterday I saw so many interesting yellow things that are so much part of an urban culture... I saw yellow Doc Martens shoes on a beautiful girl, I saw a tiny old car, fiat 600 that people used to drive in 70's, in bright yellow. I saw a guy driving bike painted in yellow and even a concrete staircase in one old park painted yellow...But since I decided to take photos of natural yellow pieces I decided to stop today at a market place to buy some daffodils. No luck there, all the fresh flowers were anything but fresh, I guess that happens in the middle of the week, but luckily I found tiny little, daffodils in a pot that I have to plant after they die. I was determined to take an interesting photo of this beautiful flower. I am constantly trying to find a way to do something special with it. This is how far I got. Took milion pics, decided on simplest possible.
I tried to show how small it is holding it between my fingers- didn't work. So, plain and simply beautiful: his majesty: Prince Daffodil
Lovely capture, I photographed daffs today as well - we have lots of them growing in the local parks, but I decided to go with a different flower pic instead. :)
