While preparing peppers for baking I decided to play macro a bit. Whenever I come back to some technique or motive I realize how much more I have to learn. This time I have realized that I was taking pics trying to catch WHAT? I have no idea. I have to look more closely into macro and the ways of creating a good composition and story would be nice... In the meantime lets say this is a diary shot- I am baking peppers today...
I really like this shot and the composition and focus you chose. For me macro photography is a lot about looking at things that normally are disregarded and unappreciated.
It does capture the very interesting shape of the seeds...They look like little tiny loaf of flat bread (pita.) But you are right, we are supposed to think about what we are trying to capture with the photo. Sometimes, though, something just "catches our eye."
