Seaweed or grass?

This chap's work is everywhere in this area. The photo has too much going on in it, sorry. The sculpture was interesting in that it's more like a scene. We couldn't work out wether the bits round the edges were seaweed or what? Taken with my phone.

Hard to say but I think I'd go with grass.

I`m with KWind. Hard to say. I only think it`d dangerous when somebody stumble and felt over it . great shot nevertheless .
