Ouch! no water over winter, will you have enough water to last you the summer? Back here, our country collects river water in dams, and when the dams are empty, there are water restrictions. Hope that does not happen with you.

@onewing@pennystot@ninaganci the way they cope with lack of water in the summer is to turn it off! This happens vary rarely though. Spanish people are as a nation careful with their use of domestic water. I don't know about industry though.
