PS,. Do you remember the chap who used to play his bagpipes on the sports field at Henlow in the evening. I don't think his wife would let him play them at home, so we all used to have to put up with him, ha ha.
I had forgotten about him! I quite like the sound actually as long as I'm not right next to them. When we first moved to Scotland I told Ed I'd heard pipes one morning. He told name it was the central heating! It turned out to be one of the chaps from the commcen who was practicing for the record " Mull of Kintyre" which the Campbeltown pipe band played for Paul McCartney.
