We had a great day today visiting this lovely Abbey. It was built in the 1800's as a luxury home for Henry Mitchell for his wife! Since then it has been an Abbey and until recently a boarding school. It is owned by Benedictine Nuns and is being restored to its original glory. Beautiful grounds too.
