Was there a spill? Is it to alert people to the part that juts out beneath the sign? Inquiring minds want to know.

So funny that the fluorescent splash of red is placed (?) to call attention to the sign, when repainting the white background alone would have contrasted to emphasize the red letters of alert to danger.

@jyokota It really does feel like a very slapdash attempt to alert people - I think you may have put more thought into it than whoever made this mess!
