-salad
.grated carots
-Mint leaves
-slices of cucumber
-rice noodle (boiled 4 minutes)
-marinated (lemon grass, sugar and nuoc mam) beef.
-crispy fried shallots
-peanuts crumbled
(you can add the same sauce we use to eat with nem)
