Saw these beautiful blue, cone shaped clusters of flowers yesterday on my walk. No idea what they are called, but have never seen anything quite like them.

Very pretty. If they were taller I would guess they were Lupins.

I think the are what we always called Grape Hyacinths when we were children but I believe the correct name is Mascara. They are such a lovely splash of colour at this time of the year.

Such a beautiful splash of blue !! yes these are Muscari and commonly known as Grape Hyacinths - they make a beautiful addition to the early spring garden .Great pov and capture John !
