Everyone and their dogs on the beach, winter being the only tIme in some places dogs are allowed to roam free. It did remind me of the song match stick cats and dogs. It was most definitely a fresh air day after Christmas.

Know what you mean, it does have a Lowry feel. Very matchstick men. I love Lowry's art although I gather he was quite a strange man. I saw a documentary about him recently.
