~Emilie got her License~

Emilie woke us up early to show us she got her license. So exciting and it also makes me sad. She won’t need me driving her anymore. I always said yes to her because I knew this day was coming.
Mike and I spread bark all around our garden out front. Then I did some weeding in the back plus trimming our weeping cherry tree.
This evening both Mike and I hurt every muscle and even our feet. To bed early as we will be spreading the back tomorrow

When my nieces were young I told them the day would come when they would not want to come to my place as often so I was enjoying them while they were young. They said that wouldn't happen but of course it did. So I understand.
