This morning I was in Staples, getting documents bound, wondering how we managed before Staples. Looking down the aisles of boxes and folders, remembering and missing the old stationery shop, which used to be in Market Place, with its diverse selection of items for sale. When did everything become so corporate, so mundane, so predictable.
Walked to work, choosing the snow covered grass to the compressed snow on the footpath. On the way home I spotted these two bottles abandoned on a wall. They caught my eye because although they started off as identical, they no longer are! I wonder if they will still be there tomorrow...?
(They were green once I'm sure...)
