Spent a very entertaining day at South Milton/Thurlestone beach watching the antics of the paddle boarders.
One large family group had a board, probably hired, and many of them wanted to try their prowess.
Many of these attempts ended with a shriek and a splash, as they either lost their balance, or had their attempt sabotaged by other members of their group.
There was another family that appeared far more proficient, even taking the dog for a ride...
