My son's girlfriend moved to Florida to be near him (awww!) and she left this cute little nightstand at our house. The top was broken and she said she didn't need it. I thought it was worth saving, but it sat in the garage for about 2 years (oh my, time flies!). A good friend fixed the top for me and I painted it to give to my mom. It turned out well. I really love the hinges and handle on it. I'm also happy to finally pack up my woodworking shop for a few weeks!
