After much consideration and a great deal of angst on behalf of the Realtor/mother, we have a successful first time home purchase for my oldest son and his wife! (One reason I have been MIA)

@homeschoolmom I'm pretty sure Mom had more sleepless nights! We had an intense 4 months of searching and buying. One of the hardest transactions for me! And I've dealt many times with family.
