Beets

It's the official last day of the kitchen renovation and I cooked beets. And I successfully drove my family away (they hate the smell). So I had the kitchen to myself and these were yummy!

Don't worry, they were fed grilled burgers and roasted potatoes before I finished cooking the beets!
