Tabouli Gluten Free!

The bulgar wheat is replaced with raw pumkin seeds. This will be my go to recipe as bulgar hurts my stomach! Absolutely delish and nutritious!

@jgpittenger Here is the link to the photo on Facebook (are you on there?). If that doesn't work, I'll write it out (she has it posted as a photo instead of a written out recipe). I used sundried tomatoes instead of fresh. I also remember using more vinegar and salt and no honey. But it's all a matter of what you like. I didn't soak the raw pumpkin seeds either! B

@jgpittenger oops. But this is one of my favs so far. Being able to replace bulgar with pumpkin seeds is so nice if I'm looking for less gluten in my life!
