Once in awhile I crave tofu, and this hit the spot. Maybe a protein shot before addressing the mountain of laundry covering my bed, neglected for too long. Up next, Netflix, folding, tutoring, XC meeting, dinner, bed.
@grammyn Oh, Dear, me. Turns out the rest of my day is being spent on the phone with Microsoft with browser problems on my brand spanking new computer. After less than a month, I have all kinds of problems. And not viruses. Just operating system stuff. So sad (and that mountain of laundry will be my covers for sleeping tonight). Wah! haha
@jgpittenger some Indian spice mix,with fresh cilantro, green onions, lime juice, water and oil. Like my Peruvian pepper sauce addiction, this is fast bcoming a goto for grilled meats or tofu. Or mixed with rice noodles.
@stimuloog haha! I have learned it takes certain methods to truly enjoy tofu, and it usually involves tons of spices and crisping it! It makes a fabulous base to a tamari basil salad dressing I make too. If you have access to Korean cuisine, their "tofu curry" soup is possibly the best thing ever. :)
