Boo

My daughter wanted to get Halloween decorations for the house, so I took my slow walking self to Walmart to pick out a few things before heading back to the house to rest up. When we got there, I almost took the little driver cart thing around the store; alas, it didn't look like it was charged enough. I'm afraid I would crash it anyways.

Tomorrow, I am officially returning to work, even though I'm still experiencing a good deal of pain. The Dr. is advising some procedure that involves a cortizone (sp?) treatment of some kind. I have not talked with the Dr. directly--only with a nurse who said his notes were not clear on the procedure he would like to perform.

All I know is that relief must come soon. Pain can mess with your head and health. Hopeful I'll connect with the Dr. tomorrow. Hopeful I'll survive three tutoring sessions (each with a few hours between to rest flat). I hope my new client will not notice the house hasn't been cleaned in weeks now. Sigh.
Great selection for black and white! Sorry you are having problems and hope you find relief soon!

If your intent was to scare I would say you succeeded with this decoration! Beautiful light adds to the creepiness.

I can't help but think about you every day as I'm doing physical things and remembering the time I spent flat on my back as you have. It was a long slow recovery. Take it easy on yourself mentally. I'm glad to hear you're out and about a little bit. That seems to take one's mind off the pain for a little while at least. Getting back to work Will help you feel accomplished which will improve your mental outlook. Just don't overdo it and be patient. Be careful letting the doctor do anything invasive. Still praying ❤

It's a great image, Daryl. Fits the season well and is quite artistic. I'm so sad to read how your pain is continuing to be intense. Hang in there ... hoping the meds can be prescribed that will help.
