Truly chuffed. Came back to my office upstairs, started on report, and then heard the male finch in my cherry tree singing away (with the fledgling chirps chiming in). I opened my window (yes, this crazy bird lady has removed the screen for moments like this), and leaned out to see if I could get a shot (oh, and the light was great!!). Snap! I'll include links to the whole family (I've seen two fledglings--one is in almost full flight mode and the other is still developing but out of nest--I can't find a nest at least). Parents are so good at staying with them!
