This Time, I'm the Setting for the Camouflage

As I was holding my breath, moving toward and away from my macro subject for the day (a spittle bug http://365project.org/darylo/365/2014-07-17 on a stem I was holding--not a good idea, but I had so little time), I kept feeling some tickling on my left arm. I'd look down and not see anything, but then I saw this little guy. He saw me as his area to hide! Pretty cool. Also, It's clear I need some moisturizer. A little luminance smoothing for now. :)
I love this guy - what a beauty - enjoy your daughter being home :)

Fantastic -- looks like a fancy broach! Amazing capture of it on your own arm...one handed photography!

I had no idea this was skin and hair until I read your caption! I don't know how you held the camera steady enough to get this shot.
