@grammyn Oh, this is easy! Just take a fish filet, mix some mayo, fresh garlic and fresh dill into a paste and spread on the fish. Layer some lemons on top. Bake in the oven with the cast iron skillet at 375 for 20 minutes! YUMMERS.
