OMG. Best Anniversary Dinner Ever. JELLYFISH mixed with cabbage and rice noodles (upper left corner and top right--it's amazeballs), Zhong style wonton (soaked in chili oil and garlic soy sauce), Fried Beef with Ash and Hot Pepper (AKA numbing pepper--holy cow!!), and the other super fav Eggplant with Chili Powder and Pepper Ash powder (it is the best Eggplant in the world--very crisp on outside--like a fry). Masterpiece is the place to go. Very happy. And very full.
Oh, and by the way ... I do plan on answering your email ... time is getting away from me at the moment ... tomorrow should allow me more 'computer' time! :-)
Not one bit of this sounded good to me except perhaps the eggplant and only because it sounded like fries. Apparently I'm a basic meat and potatoes kind of girl but I am thrilled that you loved your meal. I am also thrilled that it gave you some beautiful photos which you have put in a lovely collage for us.
@jgpittenger I am an omnivore, but my favorite dishes are often veggies (and apparently jelly fish!). The eggplant was so amazing, and I have no clue how he did it.
