Once Again, a Room of a Bunch of White Crazy Folks
One protestor below being removed by the police, people chanting, and blah, blah, blah. Every single Republican Convention I have forced myself to watch is a scary clown show. Found out one of my best friends is going to vote for this man because she actually likes him. I am rather depressed. Still watching as I post. He just announced the support of the NRA, and thanked the evangelical community for their support. Ok, I'll stop. I'll make a collage whe Clinton accepts her nomination. Maybe there will be more diversity? Hmmmmmmm.
I am also thousands of miles away and every time I see anything about him on television still cannot believe he is a candidate. It makes me question the intelligence and sanity of those who got him there.
@graemestevens@annied Well, I can't seem to make a dent in my neck of the woods--I'm stuck in crazy town. My own State Senator has blocked me from his twitter and fbook -- and he won't return my emails on education, gun control, you know, stuff that matters. I swear, it's so sad seeing America regress when it doesn't need to, but some folks are going to dig their heals in, listen to myths, feed fear, and, and, and. I can't live this way. Ain't got time for hate, fear, or foolishness.

Every time I turn the tv on and see what is going on in the UK since Brexit I throw my hands up in despair at the repercussions of the referendum! But as Ruth @newbank has already said it all seems quite normal when I look at the possibility of that man as your next President! The world is becoming a scarier place every day!
@grammyn there are plenty of honest ones. The people prefer a show over substance. It's the voters who choose this. It's the consumers of media who watch this, it's Americans refusing to actually taking the time to be honest with themselves about the mess they alone have created by barely showing up to cast a ballot, let alone not even knowing what was on their ballot. (Btw, this is not directed at you, but the honesty thing is a sore subject with me)
