Bird Watching

This gentleman is often to be seen sitting against the castle walls watching the birds and boats in Portsmouth Harbour.

Ha ha ! with out his sight seeing mono lens ( can not think what it is called !!) he could have been mistook for a down and out !! - great find and capture !
