We went for a visit today ,to the Mt Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge Mass.
This was one of the first cemetery's to be made park like. The monuments, and the trees, and small ponds and lakes.. Totally beautiful. We plan on going back in the spring with all the trees and greens will be back. .. notables buried there was Longfellow and Winslow homer with many more.
