Well today, who knew we would find this little cutie pie! As my daughter and I raked the front yard. He was kind of in hibernation mode since it was cool.. but after a few minutes sitting in our make shift sand barge with water.. he warmed up and started moving around.. we will be releasing him into an area with a nice pond very soon.. but we have pictures to look back on our meeting.
Interesting that you should put a turtle picture on today. I just did upload a photo of one of our two California Desert Tortoises. Check mine out. What kind of a turtle is this, I wonder?
