Mobile 365

I just got an Ipod touch, but when I tried to sign in using safari I got an error message. I can sign in fine using the laptop. Can anyone help?

I don't have an answer, but hang in there someone will. I use it on my Ipad and on my desktop PC, so it is a working site for both formats.

That's odd. It should be okay as I have an ipod touch (albeit and old one) and an iphone and no probs viewing this site. Sorry, I know that's not very helpful. Have you tried rebooting?

I'm using an iPhone 3GS and got an error when signing in as well... maybe there is something wrong with the site?

I can browse through pictures okay, I just can't sign in or comment.

At the bottom of the screen you are able to log into the full site. There you will be able to comment as usual, hope this helps?..

Site is working 'as normal' from my iPod Touch. Sorry not much help.
(By normal I mean not actually loading pix every so often...).

I haven't tried to access the site from my iPhone for a little while, but I do remember that Ross @Scrivna said there would be more improvements to the mobile site soon, so maybe this is downtime while the mobile interface gets a revamp?

Check the Settings option, and then Safari which is the browser ... I have JavaScript switched on & also Accept Cookies is set to "From Visited" ... see if that works?

I usually go into 365 through my gmail. so I don't even have to sign in to do everything.

it has worked fine on my itouch today... my itouch is synced to my gmail account, and my gmail addy is what i use for 365... i think when i first accessed the site from my itouch it was thru gmail and i never had to sign in... is your email addy for 365 synced to your itouch? if not, maybe that;s the issue?

Thank you everyone! I tried Zoe's idea but now instead of showing an error message it returns me to the sign in which is now blank.

Thank you for all your help I am writing this with my itouch. I accepted cookies from visited, and then I went to the bottom of the 365 page and hit full site, after that I could sign in as normal.
