Many times I use Picnik as my editing program. I 've learned they are shutting down in April. Does anyone know if there are any plans to bring another editing program in to work with 365 photos?
@wndswptlady I too use photoscape for most things, not a lot of filters though, or selective colouring.
Picnik still exists in a way in Google+, selective colouring, the filters, its all there (except touch up) But you do have to join Google+. Which I have to say is awesome, like facebook, picnik and skype all rolled into one. Only problem is no one I know is on it.
ipiccy is also ok, similar to picnik, but a bit temperamental.
If you have a Google+ account you can upload your photos and use the Picnik tools there...I'm sure that Picnik will add more effects to Google...
But I'm going to miss it. :(
ipiccy.com has some pretty good tools in it... not as many as Picnik, but it's not bad. Also Picasa is a free download. If you have a PC you can get photofiltre, which my sister uses and looks like it is pretty cool.
Are you referencing to the editing ability once you've uploaded to 365? I assume "edit with picnik" will be gone, so it's really a question for Ross @scrivna
Hey, Picnik will be replaced with an alternative supplier closer to the time, there are many out there and I'm working out which one will be the best fit for us, so don't panic, the edit button will still be there.
@grammyn I did catch that and went hunting and could not find it... According to Google there are links that have the words "photofiltre for Mac" in them, but none of them actually provide a photofiltre for Mac. They just link you to similar editing software.

I also use photofiltre which to me is more like an edit program, lots of tools like P/S
