Is anyone else being published in the Boulevard of Photographers 2012 Photo Manuscript?

On Saturday I received an email informing me that the photo I submitted has been chosen to be published in the Boulevard of Photographers 2012 Photo Manuscript.
I was just wondering if anyone else has been given this opportunity?
Oh, and does this mean that I am officially a published amateur photographer?

I did a little google search on this because i was curious about what it was and i found a page saying this manuscript is a scam :-( are they askig you to pay anything?
