Hi, welcome to 365. I've had a quick look at your shots, there are some nice subjects there. I'm no expert, but I would say follow people whose photos will inspire you and try and copy some of the things they do. This will force you to explore the settings on your camera. Take part in the various challenges that you will see on the right hand side of this page. Comment on other people's photos, and they will usually return the favour. Vary your subject a little more, find interesting ways of looking at ordinary things. Search the discussion boards for topics that interest you, there are some great threads and articles there that can be really useful. Above all, enjoy it, it's your project, no-one elses! Best of luck!

I agree with Peter, definitely worth following and commenting on others' photos - asking how they achieved a certain effect that you like, what camera settings they used, what inspired them, etc :)

Also, to further your skills, I suggest challenging yourself every once in a while - shoot something you wouldn't normally give a second glance, shoot upside-down/sideways, shoot with a different lens/camera/setting to the one you'd ordinarily use, shoot in black and white only, shoot only things of a certain colour... the possibilities are endless really :)
