Graphic with(out) movement!

Everyone knows photos are stills, they don't move. Graphit don't either, except animated gifs.
But what about this mindblowing image: http://www.moillusions.com/2011/05/beware-the-purple-nurple.html It is a still image! You really think it moves, but as soon as you focus somewhere, that place freezes!

Okay, it are not photos, but as photographers are graphically interested, I couldn't keep this for myself.

That is crazy, there was a picture on 365 that someone had posted that did this same exact thing, but I think it was by accident. I wish I could remember who it was and which picture it was. I did comment on that picture how it moved as you scolled down the photo. Maybe that person will read this and post that picture. I think it would be cool if anyone else had a photo like this is they posted it here as well what do you think @djepie ?
