For those that started out on the first of Jan we are around 3/4 the way through our project.
I know for me my photography has improved so much since taking a photo a day and learning of all the inspirational photographers on here.
I thought we could share our first photo and our current shoot :)
I agree, I have learned so much this year by looking at other people's amazing work and been so uplifted by the support from this community. Here is my Jan 1, 2012 photo, which is hard to even look at now!
and 253 photos later
I've progressed a bit in the last 254 days. Coincidentally my first and last photos are quite similar, neither of them are my usual style at all though.
I am not sure if anyone else can tell that I have progressed or not. For me, I know that the last 9 months have been full of tutorials, books, trial and error, trying new techniques, asking a lot of questions, chatting with my fellow 365'rs and learning from this wonderful community. I feel I have come a long way since my first post. The DEAD CALM shot was my first long exposure in bright daylight with an ND10 filter, somthing I have been wanting to try for a long time.
This is my second time trying…..and failing…..365. I've only done about 20 photos this year. Which is worse then last year!! But here is the first from this year and today's.
I started in October 2011, but probably have about the same number of photos as the January starters due to my massive slump!
Here is my first shot *cringe*

I went from taking photos of inanimate subjects to shooting jumping spiders. There's some slight improvement, I think. XD
