@jools I got it from Amazon Germany and as I write it is still available for free. Try searching again, the authors name is Peter Creighton, maybe that will help.

@kjarn - jeez I'm a dag. I had another look and what it ACTUALLY says is 'save $2.99'. I wouldn't have looked again if you hadn't posted, Kathy, because Kindle books in Oz are very often more expensive than the price charged to US customers. I'm off to download mine.
